James is the principal and founder of the firm being a lawyer and an insolvency practitioner. Having practised as a lawyer and an insolvency practitioner for over 10 years his areas of expertise are in financial services, corporate /commercial law, insolvency law, mergers & acquisitions and private client work. His experience has been obtained over the years by working in a plethora of industries such as online gamming (fraud department), accountancy and for a start up bank as in house counsel. Recently he has been involved in advising start-ups on setting up in Gibraltar given his experience. In addition James also acts as a consultant for another local law firm in Gibraltar given his experience in certain niche areas of law.
